Samson as a type of Christ

Samson had his faults for sure, but we can still detect elements of his life that made him a type of Christ.

He was set apart from birth to serve God.
He was a man of incredible strength.
He judged Israel (and the heathen).
He was betrayed by one he loved.
He was forsaken by God for a time.
He was mocked by everyone around him, while in a weakened, wounded state.
He died praying.
His death was a greater attack on the enemy than his life.
